Information:Waiting List Policy
There is a waiting list for advanced booking as well as one for tickets for performances which have been sold out. Customers should enter their request details on the waiting list for the tickets they wish to order. We are committed to fulfilling their ticket request depending on availability.
As soon as the requested ticket is available it will be allocated to the customer. Any bonus points which you have collected through their bundestheater.at-Card will give them priority on the waiting list. Customers must be registered in the Culturall system in order to use the bonus points.
Once the ticket has been allocated cancellation is not possible. However, customers reserves the right to remove their requests from the waiting list prior to allocation of a ticket. This can be done by e-mail or telephoning the Customer Centre. There will be no penalty charge, provided that the customer has not been allocated a ticket. The cancellation is valid, only when confirmed in writing by Culturall.
If the request has to be cancelled at short notice, the customer should telephone our customer centre so that the request can be processed as soon as possible. We do our best to allocate the most suitable ticket starting from the advance sale till the final date the customer selected.
